Senvion wins 32.5MW in France

FRANCE: Senvion has been awarded three contracts for 16 turbines totalling 32.5MW to supply projects in France.

Senvion will deliver its MM92 2.05MW turbine to two of the projects

French developer Boralex has ordered seven MM92 2.05MW turbines to be installed at the Calmont project in the Midi-Pyrenees, southern France. Senvion will service the turbines for two years.

Fellow French developer Neoen has awarded a contract for five Senvion MM100 2MW turbines for the Villacerf development in Champagne-Ardenne region, north east France.

Finally, the Severac-Guenrouet community wind project in Pays de la Loire, northwest France, will use four Senvion MM92 turbines. Senvion will service the Severac-Guenrouet and Villacerf turbines for fifteen years.

All the turbines are due to be installed in autumn 2015 and the projects are due online by the end of the year.
