The contract is for 25 V90 2MW turbines to go to the HECIC Fengning Senjitu Wind Farm Phase II wind project near the populous Hebei region in northern China. According to Vestas, the project will be commissioned by the end of the year.
The deal includes a two-year service agreement.
This is Vestas' second deal in China this month. On 19 March, it was won a contract from CGN Wind Power to supply 48MW of turbines to a project in Fujian province, south-east China.
