Siemens is looking for a lean specialist, five process improvement engineers, an environmental, health and safety manager, and a marine operations manager.
The lean specialist and process improvement engineers will spend much of their first year in Denmark, learning the processes at Siemens' facility there.
A lean specialist's role is to increase efficiency and productivity while making cost reductions at the facility. The process improvement engineers will be responsible for maximising process performance and optimise production methods.
Siemens' head of human resources for the Hull project, Carolyn Woolway, said: "These are absolutely key positions, as they will be the first wave of people who will be instrumental in getting our blade factory and harbour operations at Alexandra Dock up and running."
Construction at the site in north-east England is under way. Siemens executives joined the UK energy secretary Ed Davey at a groundbreaking ceremony in January.
The company expects to employ 1,000 people at the site, which will have the capacity to produce 600 blades a year for the UK's offshore market. Siemens said 550 people will work in the manufacturing facilities, while a further 450 will be employed in the logistics and servicing centre.
Construction of buildings for the blade manufacturing and wind turbine assembly facilities is due to begin in the summer, with production of the first blades scheduled for winter 2016.
