Bilfinger will install 19 monopiles at the site, which is located 22 kilometres off the German coast.
According to the service provider, the work will begin in spring 2016 and be completed by the autumn.
The 55-metre foundations will be used to support 18 Senvion 6.2MW turbines.
Bilfinger put its offshore unit up for sale earlier this month after an "unsatisfactory" financial year. The contract at Nordergrunde will be included in any acquisition deal.
A Bilfinger spokesperson said a sale process is expected to be completed within a year.
Nordergrunde developer Wpd secured debt financing for the project this week in an agreement with German bank KfW and the European Investment Bank.
It also arranged supply agreements for the major components. German firms Ambau and Norddeutsche Seekabelwerke (NSW) will supply the foundations and inter array cables respectively.
