The video follows Andre Carstens as he performs a retrofit to a generator on a turbine at the site, 16 kilomoetres offshore.

Carstens has been with Siemens since 2002. "This is the future: offshore," he said.

The video shows Carstens and his team travelling to the site, transfering to the turbine and entering the nacelle of the 2.3MW turbine.

It also shows what the workers need to go through as part of their deepwater safety training.
