The contracts are for the 28.7MW Penmanshiel project in southern Scotland, which is being developed by RES. It will use MM82 2MW turbines and comes with a 20-year service contract. Completion is due in 2016.
The other projects are InfraRed Capital Partners' 10MW Reaps Moss, Broadview Energy's 10.2MW Watford Lodge and John Laing's 14.35MW Albion wind farms. Reaps Moss will use M104 3.4MW turbines while the others will use MM82s.
New Albion and Watford Lodge are located in Northamptonshire, while Reaps Moss is in Lancashire. All projects are to be completed by 2016.
Speaking about the deals, Senvion CEO Andreas Nauen said: "This caps off what has been a highly successful year for Senvion in the UK, having signed contracts totalling over 250MW since January."
