The German manufacturer will install 26 N90/2500 turbines on the Knockduff project in County Cork in the south-west of Ireland.
Nordex said it expects the project to go online in August 2015. The deal will also see Nordex service the turbines for 15 years.
The developer, Green Enery Supply, said the site has good wind conditions at an average speed of 8.5m/s.
Nordex has installed 204 turbines with a total capacity of 500MW in Ireland since it entered the market 12 years ago.
Ireland has an installed capacity of more than 2GW, with 319MW coming online last year. The country has an aim of sourcing 40% of its electricity from renewable projects by the end of the decade.
