The majority of Goldwind's work is in its home market. However, it has also set up offices in around 20 countries. The DMS MOU marks Goldwind's debut in the South Korean market.
Established in 1999, DMS is based in South Jeolla province and manufactures semi-conductors, solar and wind equipment. The region, on the southern tip of South Korea, aims to become a centre of the country’s wind industry.
Under this framework, Goldwind and DMS will decide on the mode of cooperation in the future. Goldwind said it wants to use DMS's experience as part of its aim to further develop its international business.
