The German turbine manufacturer will deliver eight N117/3000 turbines to the project in west Lithuania next year.
As part of the deal, Nordex will provide 15 years servicing. As a result, the company said it would set up a service point close to the site.
Developer Eurakras is owned by two Lithuanian private equity firms Renagro and Baltcap, which have an 86% and 14% share of the firm respectively.
Nordex said Renagro currently operates 6MW of wind projects in the eastern European country.
Jurbarkas, expected to begin operations in November 2015, has average wind speeds of 7 metres per second.
The 3MW low wind speed turbines have recently been ordered for developments in Turkey and Germany.
