The partnership will be focused on providing services to onshore and offshore projects, including connecting turbines to the grid onsite.
Kk-electronic CEO Tommy Jespersen said bringing together the two companies' expertise in the wind industry and turbine electronic systems is a "win-win" for both parties.
The Denmark-based firms have identified high-voltage servicing as having high growth potential.
"Total Wind operates in regions where we would like to offer customers service of turbines, so this is an example of value creation for us, our new partner and our customers," Jespersen added.
Kk-electronic worked with Chinese manufacturer CSIC Haizhuang in developing a 5MW offshore prototype turbine in 2012.
