GMC will act on behalf of Dong and the insurance underwriters by assessing marine operations for the two sites, located 55km and 45km, respectively, from Germany's north coast.
A spokesperson for Dong said GMC would act as a "middle man" between the Danish developer and insurance companies.
Marine warranty surveyors are employed as third-party technical consultants to assess a contractors' work during installation and relay the information back to insurance companies.
Gode Wind 1 and 2 are currently under construction with commissioning planned for 2016.
Last week, Dong agreed to sell half of the 252MW Gode Wind 2 development to a consortium of Danish pension funds.
