The German turbine manufacturer was developing the 12.5MW Aubigeon and 15MW Les Touches projects on a turn-key basis.
Construction at the projects, located in central and western France respectively, is already underway. They are due to be commissioned in 2015.
Les Touches will use six N100 2.5MW Nordex turbines, while Aubigeon will use five of the same turbine. The Luxembourg-based investment firm has the option to purchase one more turbine for the Aubigeon project.
Under the deal, Nordex also received a ten-year service contract for the two projects.
Nordex has previously sold French wind projects to German utility Stadtwerke München and insurance company Allianz.
