The turbine was installed in November, last year and has a 150-metre blade diametre thanks to its 73.5-metre blades.
The nacelle sits over 100-metres above the sea on a 78-metre tower and 61-metre jacket foundation at the site located 45-kilometres from the Belgian coast.
In June, Alstom managing director Renewables Germany Markus Rieck said the turbine was still yet to supply any power to the grid because it hadn't been connected.
He added the turbine's connection cables will begin being installed in July with the first power set to be delivered in August.
