The agreement is an extension of an existing O&M deal between the Spanish manufacturer and Greek developer covering 52 G90-2.0MW and six G97-2.0MW turbines.

The units were installed over the last four years at seven projects in Poland and two developments in Romania.

Gamesa supplied turbines for Terna Energy at the 12MW Gorzkowice project and the 16MW Czarnozyly development in Poland, which were commissioned in 2011 and 2012 respectively.

According to Terna, the company has a wind capacity of 520MW in operation, mostly in Greece, but with further projects in Poland, Bulgaria and the US.
