The Spanish manufacturer will deliver 27 G90-2.0MW turbines to the Pililla wind project on the island of Luzón, to the north of the country.
As part of the deal, Gamesa will provide operations and maintenance to the project for five years and construct a substation with other related infrastructure.
The Pililla wind project is expected to be ready for operation in 2015.
Gamesa made its first movement into the Philippines market in October last year when it agreed to supply 54MW of turbine capacity to a project being developed by Japanese firm Kanematsu on the island of Guimaras, central Philippines.
