The German manufacturer has signed three contracts to supply the turbines and will manufacture some of the blades and towers in Turkey to fulfill local content requirements.
By meeting the requirements, the projects will be eligible for a higher feed-in tariff.
Nordex's first contract will be to supply six Generation Delta N117/3000 wind turbines to the Urla wind farm in Izmir, western Turkey, for Sancak Enerji.
The second contract was signed with Bicakcilar Enerji to supply two N117/2400 turbines to the Pitane wind project also in the Izmir region.
Finally, Nordex will manufacture nine N117/2400 turbines for Yeni Enerji to be delivered for the 21.6MW Yenihisar development on the south coast.
The orders will be fulfilled between spring and summer 2015.
