CT Offshore will bury and install 97 cables for developer Dong Energy when the work begins next year.
In February, Dong contracted French cable manufacturer Nexans to supply the cables for the project in the German North Sea.
The order for Gode Wind covers 140 kilometres of 34kV offshore cables, which link the wind turbines to each other and connect them to the offshore transformer platform.
The company said it expects the work to take around six months and will be completed by the end of 2015.
Gode Wind 1 and 2 have a combined capacity of 582MW and will consist of 97 Siemens 6MW turbines. Commissioning is expected in 2016.
