He said the big question for offshore wind is price and price reduction and there is a sense amongst people at the conference that must to be addressed.
Becker says if you want to bring down the cost of wind there needs to be a stable policy framework and calls on politicians to stop making "twitter policy".
He said if Europe wants to be fossil free by 2050 we need to install renewable energy and the best choice is wind.
