The Mynydd Bwllfa wind farm will feature five N100/2500 turbines and four N90/2500 turbines.
Work on the project, in south Wales near the town of Hirwaun, is due to start in October 2014. Nordex will also provide servicing to the wind farm for a period of 15 years.
The manufacturer said that the wind farm will be located in a highland setting, with an average wind speed of 8.6m/s.
This is Nordex's second order from Pennant Walters, following a 52.5MW order from the developer in 2011.
