The office, in Liverpool, north-west England, will become operational on 15 November.
RK Wind bought up the German manufacturer's intellectual property and brand rights after the company filed for insolvency in 2012. The firm folded due to difficulties financing projects, especially in Italy and Eastern Europe.
This is the fourth office to be established in Europe by the company this year, following the opening of bases in Germany, Poland and Italy early in 2013.
The new office will largely have responsibility for selling the company's PowerWind 500 model, which has been specifically developed for small- and medium-scale projects in the UK. The 500KW model fits into the 100-500KW Feed-In Tariff band, which yields higher revenues, but has a 56-metre rotor diameter to allow higher output.
The company will also be looking to sell its 850KW, 900KW and 2.5MW turbines in the country.
