The contract is for three years, with an option to extend this by three further years. It covers 402 Gamesa 850kW and 29 2MW turbines. It will also provide technical assistance on 179 660kW turbines.

The turbines are located across 13 different projects.

This is the second big O&M win Gamesa has announced this month. On 15 January, it won a 264MW O&M agreement from Shell for a project in Western Virginia.

The Mount Storm wind farm uses Gamesa G80 2MW turbines and is one of the largest projects in the eastern US. The service agreement is for ten years, commencing when the current agreement ends in July.
