The cranes will be delivered from the beginning of 2012. The project will become Denmark’s largest wind farm when complete.
Palfinger recently won an order from Repower for 48 cranes.
Last month, Dong signed a €240-million loan deal with the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to help finance Anholt. The project will use the Siemens 3.6MW turbines with a 120-metre rotor diameter.
