The company will supply 99 V90 1.8MW turbines with delivery scheduled for mid-2012. Commissioning is expected by the end of the year. A five-year service agreement is included.
Vestas was unable to name the customer.
This is the second big Canadian order for the V90 this year. In June, Vestas was handed a 300MW order from Greengate Power for its Blackspring Ridge I project, in southern Alberta.
