POLAND: Gamesa is selling its 32MW Piecki wind farm in Poland to a consortium headed up by RWE Inogy.

The project is in northeast Poland and has 16 Gamesa G90-2.0 MW turbines. The wind farm was developed and built by Gamesa.

RWE Innogy acquired the project together with German utility HSE Regenerativ, which owns a 49% share.

RWE Innogy's other Polish developments include a 41.4MW wind farm in Suwalki. It is also constructing the 35MW Tychowo wind farm in Western Pomerania, consisting of 15 Siemens SWT-2.3-93 turbines. It is set for completion in 2011.
