Tower 'dumping' probe marks new chapter in trade war

UNITED STATES: A new front has opened in the clean-energy trade war between the US and Asia. The US Department of Commerce (DoC) is investigating whether Chinese and Vietnamese wind-turbine tower makers are "dumping" products on the US market at unfairly low prices.
