Retrospective cuts end freeze in Spain amid disgruntlement
SPAIN: The Spanish wind association, Asociacion Empresarial Eolica (AEE), has finally negotiated cuts to wind power production incentives, following a six-month debacle with the central industry ministry. The agreement has been met with disgruntled relief by the wind sector, while the ministry hopes to seal cross-party approval and agreement with other renewables technologies by the end of July.
