Hottest topic was Britain's new electricity trading arrangements (NETA), which sparked 53 consultations initiated by Balancing and Settlement Code operator Elexon over proposed modifications to NETA. Next comes energy regulator Ofgem, which held 39 consultation on BETTA -- the plan to extend the disputed benefits of NETA to the whole of Britain -- and embedded generation issues.
