Dispelling caution and inspiring financial confidence for wind

Today's investors and lenders have little faith in the perceived strength of the power purchaser after the collapse of so many of them. Instead they are starting to look at the price wind's social benefits are fetching on the fledgling markets for green tags and emissions reduction units. But these markets are in dire need of ground rules, as the claims by both Denmark and the Netherlands to own the C02 rights of a cross-border wind trade reveal.
