Cycle-tour guide for Holland

Cycling is not only an important means of transport in the Netherlands, it is also a favourite pastime. Some cycle their weekly allocation of kilometres without much regard for the scenery, but others want to be both educated and entertained during their long hours in the saddle. Publication of guide books on cycle-tours is a steadily growing business in Holland -- and this year even wind energy has got in on the act. Eleven tours of modern day wind power installations have been published in a booklet which also contains information on wind energy in general and on the main wind farms in the Netherlands. However, a cycle tour through the most windy parts of Holland could well appear to be a doubtful pleasure for the amateur bicyclist.
