In the presence of Estonia prime minister Juhan Parts, contracts have been signed for delivery of four Enercon 2 MW turbines to Estonian customer Roheline Ring. The deal was sealed at Enercon's Magdeburg works last month. It is not the German company's first project in the country. More than two years ago, in cooperation with energy company Eesti Energia and the University of Tallin, it developed the first commercial wind project in Estonia comprising three 600 kW machines.
