The distributor agreement allows SeebaWind to provide sales, service and support throughout Germany and Poland for the Danish firm's retrofit technology.

These retrofits include main control systems, turbine application software, Scada, grid-connection systems, condition monitoring and wind project control.

The alterations are aimed at reducing operations and maintenance costs and increasing the performance of the turbines.

SeebaWind is headquartered in Osnabrück, Germany, and has two service centres. It largely services Nordex, Fuhrländer and Senvion turbines in Germany, with its currently managed standing at 890MW.

Mita-Teknik has been working in the wind industry for 30 years. It has developed control systems for 330 wind turbine designs and has around 45,000 control systems operating worldwide.
