Asked about emerging markets, Sabater said Vestas was focused on eastern Europe, the Middle East and north Africa. In eastern Europe, the company is looking at Ukraine, Romania and lastly Russia.
Sabater also spoke about the difficulties in dealing with local sourcing requirements. He said: "We would prefer a normal development of the market so the industry can make industrial decisions based on demand."
