The N100, designed for low to medium wind speeds is the latest generation of Nordex’s 2.5-MW N80/N90 turbines.
In the same month, Repower signed a deal with Everpower to supply 51MW for one of four projects planned for New York, Ohio, Washington and Pennsylvania.
It will provide 25 MM92 2.05MW turbines, which are designed for low to medium wind speeds.
This was the second time Everpower selected Nordex, following a deal for 25 N90 turbines for the 62.5MW Highland wind farm in Cambria County, installed in 2009.
